Aux Fins Palais is a pastry, bakery, restaurant in Dakar. Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a culinary experience combining French cuisine and local influences in an elegant and refined setting.
Sweet side, we were able to taste various pastries. Two beautiful discoveries are to be noted: the lemon tart with a raspberry base, and the crookie that suited our delicacy perfectly. If you haven’t tested... Hurry up!
Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the salty buffet due to a lack of time. However, we still chose to order a "hot dog cheese" (gluttony obliges), simple but effective.
The staff is organized and friendly but slightly lacks reactivity on the table service. The place is ideal and quiet for business meetings out of the hustle and bustle of the city center of the capital.
